Hi may name is Nancy.  I graduated from IPFW with an associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene.  I have been a hygienist for over 30 years.  I have worked for Dr. Blake part-time since May 2007.  I am a wife, mother and grandmother.  My husband and I enjoy taking trips on our motorcycle and spending time with our family.

Hi, my name is Carolyn and I have worked for Dr. Blake since 1988.  I am currently the Financial Coordinator.  I have been married to my husband Paul since 1980 and have three children and three small dogs.  I enjoy spending time at our lake cottage in Michigan with family and friends.  My job is most exciting when I see Dr. Blake improve patient’s smiles with his expertise in cosmetic dentistry.  I know how patients feel because Dr. Blake did my smile.

Jennifer Bryant, LDH – I graduated from Indiana University – Purdue University at Fort Wayne in May 1992.  I started working for Dr. Blake in January 1993 3 days per week and within a few years moved up to 4 days per week.  My husband, Tony and I were married in September 1992 and enjoy traveling and time at a family lake cottage in Michigan when time allows.  Tony owns and operates Big Eyed Fish Bar & Grill which keeps us very busy.

Hi, my name is Cindy and I have been working for Dr. Blake since 1997.  My position is Patient Coordinator/Front Desk.  Over those years, I have grown to cherish our patients that we have and know we truly are a family oriented practice.  In my spare time, I enjoy attending horse shows with our daughter and her horse, and road trips with my husband on his motorcycle.

Hi, my name is Kelly.  I graduated from the IPFW Dental Assisting program and completed my Expanded Functions course in 2007.  I started working for Dr. Blake in May of that year.  The staff is fun loving and the patients are great.  I truly couldn’t have found a better place to be.  I enjoy spending time with my family, playing and watching sports, reading and spoiling my new niece.

Hi, I’m Janet.  I’ve been working for Dr. Blake since 1996 after graduating from IPFW from the Dental Assisting Program.  I have been married to my husband Doug since 1995 and have two boys, Austin and Cole.  I keep busy with my family and enjoy reading when I have time.  Dr. Blake is a great dentist and a lot of fun to work with and all of us enjoy our jobs.  The best thing about my job is getting to know the patients and making them feel like part of our family here.

Hi, my name is Christy Blake, and yes, I am related to Dr. Blake.  I am his wife and have worked in the office part time as a Dental Hygienist since 1982.  We have two grown sons and I am looking forward to being a grandparent some day.  My interests are reading, traveling, yoga and visiting with friends and family.
